We are a boutique cybersecurity consultancy specializing in risk, compliance, and security strategy for businesses looking to strengthen their cybersecurity posture. Our team is lean but highly experienced, working hands-on with clients to navigate governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), security frameworks, and incident response planning. As an intern supporting the Director of Client Services, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to both client engagement and cybersecurity operations in a rapidly growing field.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive intern to assist our Director of Client Services in managing client relationships, project coordination, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in cybersecurity, consulting, client management, or business operations and wants to develop a well-rounded skill set in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement Support: Assist in coordinating client meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Project Management Assistance: Track project timelines, deliverables, and client requests to keep engagements on schedule.
  • Research & Documentation: Conduct industry research on cybersecurity trends, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proposal & Reporting Support: Help draft client proposals, security assessments, and internal reports.
  • CRM & Administrative Support: Maintain client records, track communications, and support business development initiatives.
  • Marketing & Outreach (Optional): Assist in content creation, social media updates, and outreach efforts for client engagement.

What You’ll Gain:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Cybersecurity, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills—able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Interest in cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance (no prior experience required, but a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
